1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ghost Hub ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this software.

These terms apply to all users of the Software, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Ghost Hub for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Ghost Hub
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Ghost Hub at any time.

3. Disclaimer

Ghost Hub is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Ghost Hub makes no representations or warranties in relation to this software or the information and materials provided.

IMPORTANT: Ghost Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation. Use of this software may violate Roblox's Terms of Service and could result in account suspension or termination.

We do not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You use Ghost Hub at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Ghost Hub, you agree to:

Use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Not use the Software in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
Not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Software
Not use the Software to harm, threaten, or harass other users
Take full responsibility for any consequences resulting from your use of the Software
Use the Software at your own risk and understand potential account consequences

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ghost Hub or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Ghost Hub, even if Ghost Hub or a Ghost Hub authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Ghost Hub is not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or terminations that may result from using the Software. You acknowledge that using script executors may violate third-party terms of service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Ghost Hub:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
To collect or track the personal information of others
For any commercial purposes without our express written consent

7. Intellectual Property

The Software and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ghost Hub and its licensors. The Software is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Ghost Hub.

8. Modifications to Terms

Ghost Hub reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Software after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Software.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
